Shipping Policy

We ship across India through reputed courier partners. Here is what to expect between clicking Order and the tray reaching your door.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch depending on your PIN code; metros are usually faster, remote PIN codes can take a little longer.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Any shipping charge is shown clearly with your order total before you pay — no surprises after checkout.

Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp/SMS where available), so you can follow the parcel to your door.

If the courier is delayed beyond the window above, write to us and we will chase it with the courier.
Please keep your phone reachable on delivery day — couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we will contact you to reship it or refund the product price.
If your address needs a correction after ordering, email us immediately — we can update it any time before dispatch.
