These terms govern your use of ashyougo.com and any purchase you make on it. The site and the ASH YOU GO brand are operated by Samrat Chemicals(“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Our products are smoking accessories intended for adults. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this site. ASH YOU GO does not promote or encourage smoking — we make its aftermath cleaner.

Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Prices shown never exceed the MRP printed on the packaging. Discounts are off that printed MRP.
• Product images are of the real product; minor variations in gel colour can occur between batches.
• We may change prices or discontinue packs at any time; changes never affect an order already placed.

Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed when payment is successfully received. We currently accept prepaid orders only.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your card, UPI or banking details.
• We may cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud — in that case you receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines are in our Shipping Policy; cancellations, replacements and refunds are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Safe & responsible use

• Use the tray as directed: add water, let the gel set, then use. The gel needs water to extinguish effectively.
• Make sure cigarettes are fully extinguished before disposing of the tray, and dispose of it with regular household waste.
• Keep the tray and its contents away from children and pets. The gel is not edible.

Intellectual property

The ASH YOU GO name, logo, product photography and site content are our property and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
